ELECTIONS OF AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES’ PENSION FUND (“MEPF”) – GENERAL MEETING SCHEDULED FOR 11 DECEMBER 2025

1. This serves as a formal notice regarding the election of authorised representatives of the Municipal Employees Pension Fund (MEPF) for purposes of the upcoming General Meeting scheduled to take place on 11 December 2025.
2. Please note that all municipalities are therefore required to conduct fresh elections of representatives and to submit the results using the official documentation provided by the Fund. Furthermore, only election and nomination results conducted after 23 September 2025 (the date of the official notice), will be accepted. Results from earlier elections or nominations, including those for the March 2025 meeting, are not valid.
3. The results of the elections must be submitted to the Principal Executive Officer of the Fund no later than 28 October 2025.
4. We trust the above is in order as we work together towards ensuring the successful convening of the General Meeting on 11 December 2025.
